Damian Lillard’s tenure with the Portland Trailblazers appears to be coming to an end. His time with the team is all but finished, but one thing you can never take away from the Portland Trailblazer franchise is the fact they they are the NBA Champions of the 1977 season. Fun fact: A total of 20 franchises have won the NBA Finals, with Trailblazers being one of them. To celebrate that feat, Nike is set to drop the Nike Terminator High Portland Trail Blazers.
Paying homage to the Portland Trail Blazers’ lone NBA championship victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, this special iteration of the Terminator High comes dressed in the team’s Black, Red, and White colors. Constructed out of premium leather, design details include perforations on the toe box alongside mesh tongues and inner lining. Special details found throughout the sneaker include the “Portland” wordmark on the tongue labels right above the number “77,” representing the year the Trail Blazers won their first and only NBA title. Lastly, the Terminator High comes with the large “NIKE” text on the heels, a White midsole and Black rubber outsole.
Retailing for $125, the Nike Terminator High Portland Trail Blazers is slated to debut later on this year at select retailers and Nike.com. For a complete guide including official photos, release dates, pricing and where to buy, visit: Nike Terminator High Portland Trail Blazers.
