Earlier this week Kyrie Irving played against his former team, the Brooklyn Nets for the first time since he got traded to the Dallas Mavericks about a year ago. For the grand return, Irving decided to debut his shoe collaboration with ANTA, the ANTA Kai 1 in the “Artist On Court” colorway. This is a significant release since it is Kyrie’s first signature sneaker since he parted ways with Nike back in late 2022.
Shown on the feet of Kyrie Irving, the ANTA Kai 1 Artist On Court has some similarities to Nike Kyre signature line we’re all too familiar with. Stylish and functional, design details include features such as a mid-cut upper and a midfoot strap for secure fastening. A closer look unveils Irving’s emblem on the tongue, and the Anta logo seamlessly blending into the design of the midsole. As far as tech used on the sneaker unfortunately, that information has yet to be disclosed.
Kyrie Irving’s ANTA Kai 1 Artist On Court does not have an official release date yet, but current reports have them debuting sometime during the Spring season at select retailers and ANTA.com. Keep it locked as this story develops.
In release news, the Air Jordan 9 Powder Blue is set to return in March.
